Your government is yours alone.

Accounts, transactions, receipts and finance reviews are entered by hand and stored privately in your account. GOVINME never asks for bank logins, PINs or full card numbers, does not connect to your bank, and keeps financial values out of analytics and logs. Reports are generated on your own device.

Learning objectives, programmes, study sessions, notes, assessments and certificate pictures are stored privately in your account. Student and credential numbers are optional and left out of exports. Knowledge stages are self-reported, and GOVINME does not award accredited qualifications.

Health goals, habits, check-ins, mood and emotion entries, gratitude, appointments, milestones and health journal notes are entered by hand and stored privately in your account. Everything is self-reported: no score, chart or summary is a diagnosis, and GOVINME is not a medical record system. Health values are kept out of analytics and logs, and you can export or permanently delete all Health data from the Health page at any time.

Journal entries, notes, sketches, pictures, voice notes, locations and feeling ratings are stored privately in your account. Pictures and voice notes are kept in private file storage and shown only through short-lived secure links. The camera, microphone and location are used only when you tap the matching button, after your browser asks for permission. Location is read once, never tracked in the background, and can be removed at any time. Deleting an entry also deletes its files, and you can export or delete all Journal and Idea Lab data from those pages.

• Account details. Your email address and a protected password, or the basic profile your Google account shares if you sign in that way. That is all we need to recognise you.
• Your planning content. Vision, mission, goals, KPIs, monthly priorities, weekly commitments and ideas — the work you choose to do in the app.
• Your Prime Minister Profile. Personal preferences, your long-term vision, self-reflection scores, and the finance, education and health details you decide to fill in.

GOVINME is a planning tool, not a bank, clinic or government office. We never request identity document numbers, bank or card logins, medical record numbers, or your exact home address. If a field ever asks for one of those, it did not come from us — tell us at the address below.

Finance and health questions are optional and clearly marked. Approximate figures and ranges are welcomed on purpose: “roughly 4,000–5,000 a month” serves your planning just as well as an exact statement, and is safer to store.

Your data is stored in a secure managed database tied to this project, not inside your browser and not on any of our devices. Access travels over an encrypted connection.

Each signed-in account holds its own private record. The database enforces row-level security: a request is matched against your own account identity before any row is returned, so one user cannot read or change another user’s data — including through the app itself. This protection applies on the home page, the sign-in page, the published site and every internal page alike.

Financial and health values are never written into analytics reports, and never printed into technical logs. Our own tooling sees that a request happened, not what your savings figure was.

Only you. Your profile is never shown on a public page and is never shared with a coach, a team, an employer, an advertiser or a site administrator without your explicit permission. There is no coach view, no shared dashboard and no leaderboards — nothing to opt out of, because the feature does not exist.

Two outside services help us operate: the platform that hosts the database and delivers the site, and Google, but only if you choose to sign in with Google. They process data to run the service, not to build profiles about you.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
• We do not run advertising networks or third-party trackers that harvest your planning content.
• We do not send your financial or health entries to analytics platforms.
• We do not email you marketing material you did not ask for.

For speed, your browser also keeps a working copy of your board so the page appears instantly the next time you open it. This local copy stays on the device you used and is never transmitted anywhere. The secure database remains the official record. Signing out, and then clearing your browser’s stored data, removes the local copy — something worth doing on a shared or public computer.

Your data is kept while your account exists. The hosting platform keeps routine backups for a limited window so an accidental loss can be recovered.

You stay in charge the whole time:Export — the Prime Minister Profile page downloads your profile as a single readable file you can keep, move or print.Delete — clear your profile data from the profile page at any time. This is permanent and cannot be undone.Close your account — email pmo@govinme.com and your account and remaining records will be removed.

GOVINME is built for individuals leading their own lives and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

GOVINME helps you plan. It does not advise. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, psychological or nutritional guidance, and no score, chart or summary is a diagnosis or an assessment by a professional. Everything you see is your own reflection, organised. Please consult a qualified professional before acting on anything important.

If we change these practices we will update this page and the date above, and describe any material change where you will see it in the app. Continuing to use GOVINME after that means the updated statement applies.
